Choosing Monday as a day to go
meatless, you can reduce your overall saturated fat consumption by 15
percent,
which may reduce your risk of chronic preventable conditions like
cancer, cardiovascular disease, diabetes and obesity. Meatless Monday
can also help reduce your carbon footprint and save precious resources

Most of us are not aware of how many
calories we should be consuming. The Monday 2000 program is based on the FDA’s
recommendation of 2000 calories being a reasonable average guideline for

By simply marking out a mile, or any
derivation, like quarter or half miles, and promoting it with bright and
friendly Monday Mile markers, you can motivate your fellow students,
office co-workers and friends, to get moving and walking towards
